Better than dealership quality. You may have heard the saying, "a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link". Well, it's the same with any business. Any business' reputation is only as good as it's worst employee. Sadly we have seen plenty of shortcuts and dishonesty over the years at dealerships and other repair shops. We set out to be better than that!

Without the expensive dealership prices. A lot of the cost involved in servicing your vehicle at a dealership comes from covering their overhead – including building rental/leasing fees, property taxes, and more. At Rapid Automotive, we’ve expanded to a brick-and-mortar shop, which means we now have even more ways to serve you. While we still operate with minimal overhead compared to traditional dealerships, we’re able to offer the same great savings and high-quality service. Whether you choose to visit our shop or prefer mobile service, we pass those savings directly on to our valued customers!

At the convenience of our customer's homes. In this day and age, many individuals do not have the time to run endless errands and be stuck in traffic all day. Therefore, many people work from home, school from home, even grocery shop from home. So why not also have your vehicle serviced at your home? Well, that's exactly what we set out to do.

Our Technician

Our dedicated technician, Richard Samuel, is a seasoned automotive mechanic with over 25 years of experience. His proficiency in this field has led him to earning certifications in ASE, I- CAR, AC refrigerant, Toyota, Ford, and BMW Master Technician. His specialities are preventative maintenance, repairs, and performing diagnostics on cars and trucks, both domestic and imported. Other roles he has diligently carried out in this field include shop foreman and manager in auto collision and auto service departments.

As a detail-oriented technician, Richard's focus is on accurately conducting inspections and rapidly troubleshooting; identifying mechanical failures and determining corrective actions. Lastly, as a professional technician, during a service call, our clients enjoy a comfortable and cordial experience.

As a problem-solver attentive to adapting to people's needs, Richard became interested in providing his automotive mechanic services mobily for several reasons. He relays: "My strong passion for the automobile industry began as a young child. My wife teases that I eat, sleep, and breathe cars. I chose to start Rapid Automotive and Mobile Service because of the shortcuts and dishonesty I've personally experienced and seen over the years at dealerships and other repair shops. Our mission is to provide customers with 'better than dealership quality' minus the dealership prices."
