Can a mechanic really fix my car at my location?

Absolutely! Rapid Automotive and Mobile Service brings many of the same services that a dealership offers, all at the convenience of your home. However, for certain repairs that are not feasible to perform on-site, we also offer full-service at our repair shop, 7202 B US Highway 301 S Riverview, FL 33578. Whether you need mobile service or prefer to visit our shop, we’re here to meet your needs with top-notch service and convenience!


What is the warranty on labor and parts?

All Rapid Automotive vehicle repair services are backed by our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty.


What are my responsibilities as a customer?

In order to service your vehicle properly at your home, Rapid Automotive Mobile requires a safe environment that we consider in good H.E.A.L.T.H :

  • Harassment Free Zone: Our mechanic is a human being, and should be treated as such. We do not tolerate threats towards our techncian nor micro managing. Please do not distract our mechanic by hovering over them the entire time they are working on your vehicle. This would not be allowed in a shop location. So we ask that you please extend the same courtesy at your home.
  • Engine Cooldown: Our mechanic can not perform engine related services if your vehicle is still hot. Please refrain from driving at least 1-2 hours before your appointment.
  • Authorization: Site owner must approve Rapid Automotive Mobile to perform vehicle services at the site location.
  • Level Surface: Your vehicle MUST be on a hard and level surface.
  • Traffic Safe: Your vehicle MUST be a safe distance from street traffic.
  • Hide Pets: Pets such as dogs should be put away and not allowed to harrass, distract (constant barking), attack or roam freely around the mechanic and/or their tools. This is for the safety of our technician as well as your pet.
